About Your Presenter:

Margaret Graziano, CPC, CTS, CERS & NSA speaker is a living example of a person who made powerful choices in her life in split second moments that ultimately positioned her in several opportunities that would greatly impact her life and the lives of her children for the better. At 21, a single mother and no college education, Margaret had a choice to make; spend her days trying to FIGHT for child support, or spend her days EARNING an income in a straight commission sales job. She chose the latter and never looked back. She began her career in the personnel business, as an employment consultant on a $6.00/hr. draw and within ten years opened her own specialty placement consulting business. As ignorance is sometimes bliss, Margaret shares her stories over and over again about how her natural instinct and natural curiosity continually has her winning the game in business and in sales.

Within 5 months of opening her own business she became involved in the National Association for her industry and soon discovered that she was one of the top 50 recruiters in the country for her specialty. She has been in the sales and recruiting industries since 1983, has succeeded in spite of 3 recessions, has owned her own business since 1991, and continues to be an innovator and a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry, and still remains at the top of her game. 

With her commitment to empowering people and organizations, when she is not busy running her recruiting company, she spends much of her time coaching and developing leaders in the business community, watching her teens play basketball, volunteering to raise money for meaningful causes and training for fitness and fundraising events.

Margaret Graziano is probably one of the two most innovative and forward thinking professionals in the 3rd party recruiting and search profession.
