What behaviors are you trying to identify? To create a well rounded competency based interview you should identify at least 2 behaviors from each of the 4 KeenView Categories (e.g., modes of acting, interacting). As a part of the KeenView certification you will learn to identify the competencies that are most critical for each position. Use this worksheet as a reference to identify each of the KeenView categories.
