For years, we have been successful with clients because we have dug deep into the job they want to fill before we begin our candidate search. This strategy works because clients work with me in defining the parameters of the role from key performance indicators to core functions of the role as well as earmarking the correct natural behaviors that the right candidate would have walking in.
