Setting your candidate up to win has everything to do with how well they actually perform on the interview; the interview is not unlike an audition would be in the film industry - the decision maker, unconsciously makes their mind up in the 1st five minutes of the interview. (unless of course, they are trained by Keenhire to avoid that pitfall). The Send Out is where the rubber meets the road. It is during the Alpha Meeting (aka Send Out) that the Hiring Manager makes the decision of how valuable you (as the recruiter) are to his/her organization. The Proof of your CLAIM happens in the Alpha Meeting, so make it a great one!
